-Now accepting bids on the subject real estate; above the
opening bid price of $125,000. (Seller reserves the right to accept or reject
any/all bids.)
-The subject property is offered in “AS IS” condition
without any warranties or guarantees, mechanicals included.
-The successful/high bidder will be required to deposit
$5,000 as earnest money; and enter into a written contract for purchase
agreement.
-The successful bidder agrees to sign and waive the 10 day
right of inspection offered on the lead paint disclosure (if applicable).
-The closing date shall be on or before June 1, 2024.
-Real Estate taxes will be prorated to the day of closing,
based on the latest available tax information, with no other adjustments.
-The seller will provide standard title insurance in the
amount of the final selling bid price.
-The seller shall not be required to provide a survey.
